ready to cnc! well not really
the manual mill
new x axis leadscrew
new y axis leadscrew
leadscrews all installed- knobs removed
stepper motors - split nut only, split nut with plastic shear tubes, motor mount attached
motor attached to y axis
so I got the whole machine ready to plug in.....only to find the computer I had prep'd to run the machine has no parallel cable plug. Really? I can't believe I didn't notice that earlier- for some reason I had it in my head that my laptop had a parallel port. I have a second computer I am reformatting now to use. Killed the momentum a little but it'll get done!

enclosures studio- final design review
this is my presentation board for my studio's final design presentation. from this point on we will be focusing on CD's and model making.
